Christoph Palissa studied visual communication at the renowned Berlin University of the Arts and communication design at the University of Applied Sciences HTW Berlin.

Alongside his studies Christoph designed the first and only issue of Aufstieg und Fall magazine in 2009 and worked for the design studios Stan Hema and Heimann + Schwantes.

After completing his master’s degree in 2012 he focused on his own projects and worked as an artistic research fellow at the HTW Berlin Department of Design, where he later was appointed as a visiting lecturer for graphic design.

In 2015 Christoph cooperated with designer Denise Henning to manage larger-scale projects for clients including WeltN24, upday and Samsung.

From 2017 on he continued working on his own projects and supported the design studios Realgestalt and minigram to work on a wide range of national and international projects and clients.

In 2018 Christoph teamed up with Ligalux / fischerAppelt to take over the art direction for the completely new conceived employee magazine DB Welt for the Deutsche Bahn.
